Once a year, we ask you to complete the annual registration per child. 

Please reach out if you think you've already completed the form for this year.

Instead of a costume fee, we’re asking each parent to donate $20 per child to kick off our collective fundraising campaign!

Our goal is to raise $200 per child by July 18 to purchase traditional dance attire that all kids can share and use for years to come. Once we reach our goal, we’ll be fully covered for regular performances — only needing to fund costumes for special events!
